Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 13.5 oz full-fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup almond milk or oat milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil optional, for creaminess
  • Pinch of salt
  • Popular Flavor Add-Ins:
  • Chocolate: ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • Strawberry: 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • Peanut Butter: 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Matcha: 1 tsp matcha powder

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all base ingredients until smooth. For flavored versions, blend add-ins (e.g., cocoa powder) into the mixture.
  • Pour into a Ninja Creami pint, leaving ½-inch headspace. Freeze 24 hours.
  • Process on "Ice Cream" mode. Add mix-ins (e.g., vegan chocolate chips) during the "Mix-In" cycle.
  • Serve immediately or refreeze briefly for firmer texture.

Notes

  • For sugar-free: Use monk fruit or stevia.
  • Avoid ice crystals: Blend base until ultra-smooth before freezing.
  • Soften if needed: If too hard after freezing, thaw 5–10 minutes before processing.
  • Storage: Consume within 1–2 weeks for best texture.
