  • 1 cup Milk (dairy, almond, or coconut) Choose according to dietary preferences

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice the ripe bananas and freeze them until rock hard.
  • In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices and milk.
  • Blend until creamy and smooth.
  • If desired, add honey (or maple syrup), salt, and vanilla extract, and blend again.

Freezing

  • Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for 1-2 hours until scoopable.
