Preparation

  • Combine base ingredients (Greek yogurt or milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract) in a bowl.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.

Using Ninja Creami

  • Once frozen solid, tap the container and insert it into the Ninja Creami machine.
  • Select the ice cream setting and process. If needed, use the re-spin feature for a smoother texture.
  • For additional mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts, add them after the initial spin and use the mix-in feature.

Notes

Let your base cool in the fridge before freezing for better texture. Adjust sweetness to your liking and feel free to experiment with different flavors. If the ice cream comes out crumbly, simply re-spin it for a smoother consistency.
