Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Plain or vanilla Greek yogurt Nonfat or higher fat for creaminess
  • 1 scoop Chocolate or cookies & cream protein powder
  • 1 cup Fat-free or light Cool Whip Whipped topping or homemade whipped cream can be used as a substitute
  • 4 pieces Oreo cookies Crumbled, save one for garnish
  • 1 splash Almond or regular milk For mixing, if needed
  • to taste Sweetener (monk fruit, stevia, etc.) Optional, depending on preference

Preparation

  • Blend the Greek yogurt with protein powder until smooth using a whisk or spoon.
  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip.
  • Crush the Oreo cookies and sprinkle most of them into the mixture, reserving some for garnish.
  • Use a spatula to mix until well combined. Add a splash of milk if the mixture is too stiff.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Stir in a splash of milk if the fluff thickens. Do not freeze.
